Team & Corporate Coaching

A team of strengths, not a team of titles.

A focused three-hour CliftonStrengths session for your team or company — surface what each person brings, align it with what the team needs, and walk out with a shared language for how you work together from here.

The Problem We Solve

Most teams don't have a clarity problem. They have a language problem.

When teams struggle with communication, decision-making, or pace, it's rarely because people aren't smart or motivated. It's usually because they don't share a vocabulary for how they each work — what energizes them, what drains them, what each person naturally brings to a problem.

CliftonStrengths gives a team that vocabulary in a single session. After three focused hours, colleagues stop misreading each other's intentions and start leveraging each other's differences. The shift is usually immediate and durable.

Session Format

Three hours, three layers of work.

Hour 1

Individual Strengths

Each team member walks through their Top 5 Strengths Themes. Everyone sees themselves — and each other — in a new, more accurate light.

Hour 2

Team Grid

We map the full team's Strengths onto a single grid. Where are you dense? Where are the blind spots? What does this tell you about how decisions get made?

Hour 3

Applied Strategy

We translate insight into practice: how you'll run meetings, assign work, give feedback, and navigate disagreement differently based on who's actually in the room.

Outcomes

What your team walks out with.

A shared vocabulary
Concrete language for how each person naturally works — replacing assumptions and guesswork.
A team Strengths map
A visual of the team's collective Strengths to reference during planning, hiring, and conflict.
Concrete next actions
Specific changes to meetings, roles, or handoffs — not vague "commitments to do better."
Momentum you can measure
Teams typically report better decision speed and less interpersonal friction within weeks, not quarters.
Three hours, one session
On-site at your office or off-site at a venue. We also run virtual sessions for distributed teams.
Team size
Works well from small leadership teams up to 20–25 participants. Larger groups can split into parallel cohorts.
