Maria Caratini Prado, Ed.D.
Maria is an international, certified Gallup Strengths Coach with 15 years Gallup consulting experience, coaching colleges and teams in the US and abroad. She brings many years of service in college administration and teaching to her work as a career coach and Strengths trainer.
She believes that Strengths-based coaching can empower anyone at any stage of their work and lives.
