Maria is an internationally certified Gallup Strengths Coach with over 15 years of consulting experience coaching colleges, teams, and individuals across the United States and abroad. Her work bridges educational leadership, applied linguistics, and the science of human strengths.
Before dedicating her practice to coaching, Maria served for many years in college administration and teaching, developing a deep understanding of how adults learn, grow, and thrive in demanding environments. That educator's perspective shapes everything she does — she coaches the way a great teacher teaches: with patience, clarity, and a genuine belief in her clients' potential.
She holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership, an M.Ed. in Applied Linguistics and Communication, and a B.A. in English. She is fully bilingual, delivering sessions in both English and Spanish — a distinctive offering in the Dallas-Fort Worth coaching market.
