What Is Gallup CliftonStrengths?
The CliftonStrengths assessment by Gallup explores your personal identity to define and highlight your top talents and unique strengths—helping you excel in work and life. CliftonStrengths has empowered over 35 million people, including teams at over 90% of Fortune 500 Companies, to discover and harness their talents.
1:1 COACHING
We will uncover your natural talents and explore how you can develop them further to reach your professional and personal goals. Each session is 40 minutes and three sessions are ideal to gain deep insights. $100/session
Prior assessment is necessary with a minimum of 24 hours to submit results to provide ample time for analysis.
CORPORATE/TEAM COACHING
In a three-hour group session, we will explore Strengths on both an individual and team level, developing effective strategies to better communicate and collaborate. Sessions include one hour to analyze individual assessment results and two hours of team integration activities. $150 per team member. For groups smaller than 10 team members, request a quote.
